Good quality oil.
I have enjoyed trying out this premium black seed oil and have used it for both cooking and for mixing in dressings. It’s hard to describe the smell but the taste is flavourful and intense although it did take me a bit of getting used too. The oil is extra virgin, cold pressed and unfiltered. It has a lot of health benefits, it can help with certain skin conditions, guard against inflammation, boost your immunity as well as many others. I will be keeping a bottle of this in my kitchen from now on as it’s so versatile and good for you, i highly recommend it.

Amazing for hair
Very good quality and expensive looking packaging. Smells very aromatic. I use black-seed oil on my hair as it helps thicken and nourish.

A pretty premium, full of health benefits, Nigella Seed Cold Pressed Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
At £20.00, at the time of writing,This :Reliefy Premium Black Seed Oil from black seeds Nigella sativa, 100% pure virgin cold-pressedLooks to be a pretty premium, full of health benefits, Nigella Seed Cold Pressed Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil.The base of this oil is extra virgin olive oil. This then has Nigella Seeds (black cumin) cold pressed and added to the oil as a supplement. The health benefits of the oil are widely known, and Black Seed Oil has been extensively studied for its potentially broad beneficial properties. Nigella sativa is full of phytosterols, vitamins A, C, E, and B, phosphorus, copper, selenium, zinc, iron, phosphorus, iron, and calcium.”All of these work together in harmony and are valuable components to support your daily well-being.”, according to the manufacturer. This oil is called black cumin, black seed, black caraway, or kalonji oil.Reliefy Premium Cold-Pressed Unfiltered Black Seed Oil is manufactured in inspected European facilities, using the best quality, non-GMO, organically grown, pesticide-free, and non-irradiated Nigella sativa seeds. They are sourced directly from farms in the Mediterranean and the Middle East.Thymoquinone is contained in black cumin oil and is known for its complex positive effects.Thymoquinone is extremely important for the product’s effects. They obtain our black cumin oil using the cold-pressing method, which prevents chemical changes to the oil and does not lose its nutritional value.Cold-pressing is one of the methods used to produce high-quality vegetable oils.It ensures the oil separation in the seeds using only technological processes.Furthermore, bioactive compounds are not damaged as it is made at a temperature not exceeding 30-35°C.The oil seems like it costs a lot.I am not sure I would pay the high price asked for this wee bottle of oil.I am happy to pay well for a good bottle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, but nothing like the price being asked for what is essentially, a very small bottle of Olive Oil, with some Nigella seed oil mixed in.I get that the nigella seeds are a bit special, but not enough to elevate it to prices that would rival printer ink, which as we all know, is the most expensive liquid known to mankind. If you are looking for good value, you will be looking a long, long time, as there is none to be found in this super expensive bottle of oils.I would not pay this amount for any bottle of oil.No matter what was in it.So., on this basis, I can not recommend this product. It is clearly not for me.Sorry.I hope you enjoyed our time together 🤎🤍🖤.Thank you for reading my review 🤗.

True gem for body care
The media could not be loaded.
When it comes about taking care of body, black seed oil is one of the best things nature can offer us.It comes in a small but strong glass bottle, not easy to break. It is well sealed and won’t lose any properties even after opening as the cover is strong as well. We’re using this by applying small quantities on the hair directly. The hair feels a bit greasy but I know that it is useful. Also this oil is very good in helping tackle the psoriasis. The price is ok, not the lowest I’ve seen but this product in general is not cheap so in terms of price I’d never try to save in this case.I consider this a good product, it did help in my case with hair treatment so I’m happy to recommend it.

Premium seed oil
This is a premium seed oil with a price tag to match so it’s lucky that you only need to use it sparingly. It has an intense flavour that is good as an ingredient in soups or to add to a salad dressing. It is a strong intense flavour but I like it and am happy to read about its many health benefits too.

Real deal
I always bring black seed oil from Egypt every time we go on holiday, and have been for years now, so know exactly what it should look like and taste like. Trust me , this is the real deal, and though a bit more expensive…if you calculate going abroad into the price , it’s not that expensive after all. Lol. It is an acquired taste, so don’t think you’ll enjoy the process unless you love the taste hf black seed. This oil is very fragrant and goes well mixed with olive oil and balsamic glaze, but has a rich garlicy, punchy, Herby aftertaste, so try a bit before pouring it all over your favourite greens. The flavour will linger for a while, so if not a fan, get some citrus juice to take straigh after to neutralise the taste. Lol. It is great for your general wellbeing, your immune system and skin, so…worth getting used to. Lol. Can recommend.

A quality oil
An oil rich in health boosting vitamins and amino acids. It is easy to mix within food without being distasteful.I have been using it as a base for a salad dressing and with adding honey, apple cider vinegar and some seasoning it makes a beautifully well balance dressing. Can not only be taken orally but used on skin, especially potent when mixed with some essential oils such as tea tree or lavender.

great quality pure virgin cold pressed nigella sativa oil
This black seed oil has a nice and strong scent. It is believed to be beneficial to boost immunity and reduce swelling. This black seed oil is made in Europe by extracting from non-GMO organic pesticide free nigella sativa seeds. It is rich in Omega 3, 6, 9 and good amino acids. It is great for salad.

Acquired taste – nicer ways to get omega fatty acids
Black Seed OilYou get 100ml of cold pressed Nigella/Black Cumin oil.First time I’ve tried it , and I’m afraid I really didn’t like it – so it may well be healthy but I will stick with other sources of omega. Other household members didn’t find it quite so unpalatable.Bottle has very small writing on the back giving the nutritional information and dosage.Best before date was in very small writing – mine was only 9 months away, though you are advised to consume in one month.

Premium quality
This is superbly pure high quality black seed oil (black caraway, also known as black cumin).Once can really smell and taste the seeds in each drop.We use it in salad dressings, where we mix is 1:3 (black seed oil and olive oil) it’s absolutely lovely, give the salad a much fuller and interesting taste. We find the taste of this oil superior to others we’ve tried, but quality comes at a hight price. If you want to use it only occasionally then go for the best (this)!

Interesting flavour
I initially thought this was a cooking oil , I read extra virgin and thought it was an olive oil. This is black cumin seeds cold pressed and formed into oil. it has lots of health benefits, there are so many vitamins this contains , it’s like a super food . You can add it to salad dressing, take it as it is or add to soups, porridge and dishes . It’s an acquired taste, it reminds me a bit of garlic ( I do not like it ) and leaves a bit of an aftertaste. My partner likes garlic and peppery foods so it’s more appealing to his taste buds , although neither of us could take it straight as it is . This is natural, no GMO , gluten free and suitable for vegans. It can be used on skin and hair, although I haven’t tried this This costs £19.99 at time of review, this seems on the expensive side but this does have many health benefits and comes well presented in attractive bottle.

Very small bottle
Black seed oil also known as black caraway seed is in this product. It’s cold pressed to help preserve nutrients and health benefits of this oil and is an expensive process leading to high quality oils as a result. Trying the oil on its own was surprising.I have added it to some foods I’ve made to give it a twist and a little extra health benefits with good results. I’ve added a small amount to Indian curry and found it worked in harmony with the other spices. I’ve tried it a feta cheese salad with olive oil which added a different depth of flavour I needed to make the salad interesting again. I’m enjoying the quality and tastes of this oil but since its so small I often use it sparingly and either diluting it slightly with other oils (like olive mentioned earlier) so this small bottle can go farther. Not bad but a touch small.

A nice oil to cook with.
There a lot of health benefits using this oil in your food. It makes a nice dressing on salad and you can’t even glaze your meats with it. It’s tasty. Shame the bottle is so small. I would use this more in cooking.

Great quality
I love how the packaging alone gives off a expensive feel to it. It tastes great and I would recommend.

A Fine quality oil. Use as a supplement or sparingly in food.
I had been taking this oil as a natural remedy for lowering blood sugar, cholesterol levels and blood pressure. However, using its unique flavour to enhance daily foods is much better than just supplement capsules. This thick greenish-yellow coloured oil has a distinctive overpowering perfumed aroma and a very strong peppery taste. In some way, it reminds me of a mix of spicy Italian rocket leaves, dried seaweed flakes and crushed black pepper. If you use this oil in food, it is definitely for seasoning only. A few drops on an omelette or cheesy sandwich. It goes well with plain cooked rice to add a punch to flavour and aroma.I mixed it with freshly squeezed lemon juice, a bit of honey and olive oil to create a dressing for a salad. Also, I tried it in a carrot-butternut squash soup. Adding 2-3 drops lifts any subtle-tasting soup to a different level. This fine-quality oil is something that I’ll always keep in a food staples cupboard.

indeed interesting flavour
first it looks expensive but when you read and taste the product the price seems allright alltogether. It is unfiltered, extra virgin, and cold pressed in addition. The taste is indeed interesting, there are notes of olive oil, but this one is more intense and has a very obvious taste as if you are actually eating black seeds. It is good for salads or just tucking fresh bread into a drop of this oil. At least I tried that and it was tasty, although quite a different experience. It is good to have such oil in the kitchen for various experiments and it looks and tastes healthy too.

Rich’s Rambunctious Reviews –
A nice strong flavoured oil
There’s no getting away from this being an expensive oil – I have found that with a lot of black seed oils. This is the nicest I’ve tasted so far. And you would expect it to be at £19.99 for 100ml. And I am definitely a fan of black seed oil and it’s purported health benefits – which I would recommend you research. From my understanding. this goes back some considerable time.At a 15ml daily serving, this is lasting you under a week. You would need to be a dedicated Black Seed Oil taker to spend £80 a month as a supplement.I find it can “repeat” on you as well. 5ml is far more tolerable for me. And at that rate, not taking it every day (which I don’t believe is sensible with anything generally, with some notable exceptions). At 5ml it’s lasting 20 days, and you may find you want a day off in between to keep the price and benefits more affordable. The best Black Seed Oil I have tried so far.Five stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

Reliefy Premium Black Seed Oil from Black Nigella Seeds – Small Bottle
It’s an expensive oil that’s the thing and I’m not too sure if it can be used in cooking. Doesn’t say anywhere on bottle or blurb about it being so more about its health benefits it taken and the use of it as a smoothie addition or used as a dressing on salads. Will have to do some more looking into if it can be used in cooking as if so would be a good one and work out slightly better value for money as not forgetting this is in no way a big bottle at all. Small side that’s true. Would it be cheaper buying a bottle of olive oil then the black nigella seeds then adding them to your cooking? Usually works that way when doing some cooking not stir fry though as need a different oil to get to a higher fry point.Slightly unsure as to why it’s so so expensive.

High quality black seed oil
This black seed oil is suitable for ingestion. But I’m using it for my skin and enjoying it.I think of the Reliefy brand as a fairly premium brand. i generally think that their skin care products are pretty well respected.During the winter, I get very dry skin from having the central heating on so I am always looking for ways to moisturise and keep my skin in good condition. At the moment, I am using a good quality moisturiser, but I am adding a couple of drops of this black seed oil to my hands as well to give it extra oiliness. I can’t say for certain whether this is helping my skin, but I believe that adding oil can only help to lock in more moisture into my skin.Overall then, I think of Reliefy as having generally good products. This particular black seed oil seems of high quality too.
