Not 100% black seed oil.
These capsules are impossible to get out of the packaging… I am disabled and have next to no use in my left hand… The capsules are tightly held in by some sort of stretching film plastic that sticks to the capsule…Also they are not 100% black seed oil and contain other ingredients…
